Founded by Amy Bingham and Andy Newlyn in 2017, our mission at Itchy Feet Digital is to use the skills and experience gleaned over decades of television and corporate production, as a force for good.

Our heartland is storytelling; journalism and television-making cemented our passion for a good yarn.  And as film makers, twiddling with lenses, lights and a perfect composition is what tickles our fancy.

Decades of word-smithing, people-wrangling and the finer points of visual mastery are deep-rooted in how we bring your stories to life.

We believe in the power of video communication to shape a better world.  And as business owners, communicators and marketers, we can all build community and spark change.

In 20+ years as a journalist, writer and producer, Amy has delivered ground-breaking television and video productions, managed large teams of creatives and served her time in the production trenches in Network TV, digital publishing and corporate comms.

She cut her teeth as a news journalist for the BBC before side-stepping into TV producing high-rating award winning shows for the likes of the BBC and ITV and all major Australian networks.

Senior roles in digital publishing, put her at the coalface of digital marketing and social media where she helped develop and execute video marketing strategies for the travel and tourism industry.

At IFD, Amy is part project manager and part diplomat, skilfully managing the budgeting, scripting and logistics of all our video projects, giving you the confidence your project is in safe hands.

Behind the affable surfing persona and an inexplicable infatuation with Kylie, Andy’s a stickler for making every second of our videos count.

world leaders, A patient, persuasive and empathetic director, videographer and editor it was his passion for skiing that first got him into the TV game, filming while skiing backwards down the slopes of Thredbo.

A side trip to the UK morphed into a decade long run of camera work for television where he rubbed shoulders with world leaders, sports stars, film stars and musicians, filmed animals, renovations and a whole lot more.

Back home as executive producer at Commonwealth Bank Television, he helped shape the tone of internal communications making banking sassy to over 18,000 retail staff across Australia each week.

At Itchy Feet Digital Andy steers the creative direction, filming and editing of all our projects. His capabilities range from from ideation to storyboarding, directing and cinematography and the intricate details of editing. This combined with his depth of experience and talent guarantee a trusted pair of hands on every project no matter the environment, budget or challenge.

Andy brings warmth, calm and patience to every shoot and this connection follows through to audience-centric video.
